Failure analysis is basically like playing detectives in CSI without the dead bodies, bad punchlines and metrosexuals pretending to be real men. Currently investigating the cause of a fire from a section of wire, all burnt and mangled piece os shit. Spent the whole afternoon cleaning the polymer coating off and preping it for SEM, and got nothing after 2 hrs spent. I've to revise my notes starting tmrw.
